Asthma &Me Ambassadors

We are a group of asthma experienced or interested children, young people and families who volunteer together to improve care for asthma patients and their families with the National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP) which is run by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) with help from RCPCH &Us.  We are aged between 14 – 23 and come from all different parts of England and Wales.

Since we started, we have been looking at how to improve care thinking about what happens when you go into hospital with an asthma attack. We helped create leaflets for different ages. We also made a video about the priorities for hospitals to think about. Most recently we have been looking at what happens when you leave hospital after being there for a while and we created a one page guide to help people know what to do and what questions to ask.

You can find copies of our resources to download on the RCPCH &Us Resources page of this site.
