Healthcare decisions driven by children and young people’s voices

Getting to know other young people with health issues, or interested in making paediatrics better, has made me feel so much less alone in my experiences.

As someone with asthma and who is also pursuing a career in the NHS contributing to the College’s young people’s projects has helped me in more ways than one! Getting experience from participating in conferences and other events helped loads with my application to medical school and I’ve loved making a difference for people with the same condition as me.
